Eddyline Brewery - Our signature IPA born and brewed originally in Colorado but brought over to the shores of New Zealand.  A rich, bold, and balanced IPA that like a great classic ride has a bit of everything. This West-Coast American IPA features a half-dozen malts and four great US hops. Big and bold, but not overpowering, leaves you coming back for more!

6.1% ABV.

Sinker has, yep you guessed it, depth. With a clean malt base and a touch of Gladiator and Wheat for body, the NZ and US Hops have a solid foundation to shimmer upon. Plunge into Riwaka, Motueke, Kohatu, El Dorado Eukanot and Idaho 7 for citrus, tropical, stone fruit and berry flavours.

A good watchdog is the perfect companion, a relaxed and friendly presence but always alert and attentive. It?s a rare mix of traits but our brewers have taught a similar trick to this Watchdog, a refreshingly non-alcoholic IPA, with a pale malt backbone and lively hop flavours of citrus and stonefruit, but no bite.

A very special edition of our ?little death?. Rustic but beguiling blonde farmhouse ale, fermented with brettanomyces and saison yeast, aged for 6 months in oak and finished with a generous dose of Wai-iti hops.
Refreshing and delightfully drinkable, with bright notes of fresh spring grass and gentle floral perfume building to a peak of tart pineapple, hoppy lemon citrus and a hint of vanilla oak.

Charging aromas of fresh tropical citrus splash forward with notes of grapefruit, lemon and pineapple bringing a bright and brilliant zest to this ultra-juicy hazy IPA. Using all Aotearoa hops, a light malt bill and loads of creamy oats, we?ve brewed an easy-drinking beer with huge fruit salad aromatics and a smooth finish.

New terroir, new flavours. Nelson Sauvin, Rakau and Cascade, literally picked in the snow on New Zealand's and possibly the world's most southern hop farm, Garston Hops. Situated in the mountainous highlands of Southland, here different soils and extremes of heat and cold push the flavour profiles of the hops we know to new and exciting places. A true taste of the South.

6.0% - Alpine IPA

Oktoberfest Lagers are strong, malt accented beers traditionally brewed for drinking in quantity in the German autumn. Down here October means spring and these beers work just as well in the turbulent days as Winter gives way to Summer. Fest is brewed with 100% German malt and hops and has been given a long 90 day cold conditioning . The result is malty, a little toasty, a little warming with a dry crisp finish.

Hard & Done is an ultra-modern DIPA using the latest ?23 batch of Phantasm? along with fresh 2023 crop flown direct from the Freestyle hop farm in NZ of Southern Cross?, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin?, and Motueka? hops. In combination with a thiol-active yeast strain, Hard & Done was spun through a very short Clean Fusion dry-hop contact time alongside SubZero Hop Kief? of those respective hops from Freestyle. The result is very hop-driven character balanced and intertwined with a potent thiol expression ? a post-modern take of the IPA.

This delish cider is loaded with crisp green apples and a splash of blueberry juice, lending a pinkish hue as radiant as a sun-kissed Summer?s day. Fruity and easy-drinking with a light dry finish, this cider is made to celebrate good times with great friends.
