Martha Guilty Pleasure (rouge/red)

Brewed with fresh sour cherry?s this high fermentation ale has a ruby red color and a reddish pale head. This beer has a scent and aroma of fresh marzipan with an explosion of cherries and raspberries. A play of sweet and sour that refreshes and charms with a very light bitterness that nicely balances the whole. It is surprisingly light and easily digestible for a fairly strong beer.

Witkap·Pater Tripel is a clear gold-yellow beer, with a complex taste, a fruity nose and a beatifull long aftertaste.

The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.

5.5% ABV

A ?light?, brown abbey ale with a deep colour with red reflections, chocolate, coffee and liquorice aromas and a touch of aniseed and white fruit notes. The first sip is full-flavoured, with a hint of acidity which heightens the roasted notes provided by the special malts. Malted flavours are prominent on the palate. The finish is particularly long, mainly acidic with a hint of sourness and a faint bitter aftertaste. Served cold, the spicy aromas will come to the fore, whereas when served at cellar temperature they give way to toasted, biscuit notes. Worth rediscovering again and again.

Spencer Monks' Reserve Ale is a classic Trappist Quadruple ("Quad") in the Belgian tradition.

This Quad is fragrant, robust and full-bodied, mahogany in color and crowned with a dense, tan, frothy head. Its malt-forward profile yields to a warm finish, with an ABV of 10.2%

Boddingtons is a refreshing, smooth beer renowned for its golden colour, full-bodied flavour and malty, moreish taste with smooth, tight creamy head

4.6% ABV

LeFort is a complex, dark beer of 10% alc. vol. with a sweet and fruity touch. The pale and roasted, dark barley malts give the beer a perfect balance. The beer is lightly flavored with chocolate and caramel and the top fermentation gives a slight fruitiness. This results in a dark beer with a completely unique taste.

On the European Beer Star (2014), LeFort won a silver medal in the category Belgian Style Strong Ale & a gold medal at the World Beer Awards (2017).

10% ABV.

This delightfully fruity, aromatic beer gets its lead from the abundance of USA hops. A top fermented ale style, the tropical fruit salad and passionfruit flavours give way to a soft clean bitter finish. A very well balanced beer. Awarded the title, World?s Best Pale - American style Pale Ale at the 2021 World Beer Awards.
