On this beer we had the immense pleasure of working with two of the absolute best—3 sons brewing out of Florida and Bottle Logic out of California.

Andromeda is big, bold, thick and saturated with toasted coconut and wheat/rye whiskey. We love it dearly. It took almost two years to make and after soaking up all the Buffalo Trace Experimental Wheated Rye Whiskey in the wet barrels we hunted down, it has reached 15 alcohol by volume.

Poured into a tulip this beer moves slow. Hard pour for deep dark foam that dissipates quickly into spirit whiff and deep fudgy coconut. Savor like a praline.

A few years ago we went to Tampa, Florida to brew a massive Imperial Stout together with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing. 2022 it was time again, but this time it was brewed in Sweden, here is the barrel aged version.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Lorelei Coconut Maple Toast Imperial Porter 2022 is the third barrel aged vintage of our collaboration with Siren Craft Brew (UK) and the 5th home brew winner of our annual brewing competition, Dave Strachan. Together we crafted a robust coconut and maple infused porter. Take some amazing bourbon barrels, fill them, age them and what you have is perhaps the closest thing to drinkable maple syrup. We like this beer, a lot.

11.2% - South Pacific Export Stout

Come on a journey below the 45th parallel. Inspired by the ill fated expedition of the HMS Bounty, Mutiny is a very South Pacific take on an export stout, brewed with breadfruit, roasted plantain, coconut sugar, toasted coconut and Tahitian vanilla. Spirituous heat elegantly balanced with deep, rich coconut vanilla sweetness in an ebony black brew of intense complexity. A voyage to the true heart of darkness.  

If you can?t stop humming Prince?s Raspberry Beret when sipping this gorgeous Raspberry Porter, it?s quite all right. One can't be blamed for having little sexual healing going on?raspberry dipping, chocolate dripping?uuh, say no more. But seriously, beer nerdishly speaking, this is a classy sassy porter with exquisite chocolate character lightened up by fresh and sour touch of the raspberry. Damn, tried to be nerdish and sour but starting sounding like Prince again. ?She wore raspberry beret??

McConnel's, 5% Creamy Vanilla Stout

McConnel’s is a full-bodied and flavoursome stout which works perfectly with the addition of vanilla. Coffee and chocolate characters are present throughout, with suggestions of raspberry. Allow this one to warm a little as you enjoy it and the complexity will increase, with hints of liquorice and hazelnut appearing.
