La Trappe Nillis is a dark, amber-coloured Trappist beer with an off-white head. The accessible non-alcoholic Trappist beer has a pleasant bitterness and a round, malty, caramel-sweet aftertaste. The smell of malt and caramel flows together with the fresh and fruity aromas that the yeast and hops produce.

Bierbrouwerij de Koningshoeven is the first in the world to market a completely alcohol-free Trappist beer: La Trappe Nillis (0.0%). It is brewed according to an authentic recipe, using sustainable raw materials and energy sources. Martha Guilty Pleasure (rouge/red)

Brewed with fresh sour cherry?s this high fermentation ale has a ruby red color and a reddish pale head. This beer has a scent and aroma of fresh marzipan with an explosion of cherries and raspberries. A play of sweet and sour that refreshes and charms with a very light bitterness that nicely balances the whole. It is surprisingly light and easily digestible for a fairly strong beer.

The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.

5.5% ABV

A ?light?, brown abbey ale with a deep colour with red reflections, chocolate, coffee and liquorice aromas and a touch of aniseed and white fruit notes. The first sip is full-flavoured, with a hint of acidity which heightens the roasted notes provided by the special malts. Malted flavours are prominent on the palate. The finish is particularly long, mainly acidic with a hint of sourness and a faint bitter aftertaste. Served cold, the spicy aromas will come to the fore, whereas when served at cellar temperature they give way to toasted, biscuit notes. Worth rediscovering again and again.

A light, golden abbey pale ale, with a complex aroma blending malt, caramel and notes of fruit such as banana or pineapple. The first sip is strong and fresh on the palate. The use of candy sugar gives it long-lasting, soft finish. The liquorice finale and slightly bitter aftertaste make this a well-balanced, accessible beer. Inspired by the know-how of the monks at the Floreffe Abbey, this beer is brewed without filtering to produce a subtle beer with a real personality.

6.3% ABV

LeFort is a complex, dark beer of 10% alc. vol. with a sweet and fruity touch. The pale and roasted, dark barley malts give the beer a perfect balance. The beer is lightly flavored with chocolate and caramel and the top fermentation gives a slight fruitiness. This results in a dark beer with a completely unique taste.

On the European Beer Star (2014), LeFort won a silver medal in the category Belgian Style Strong Ale & a gold medal at the World Beer Awards (2017).

Oakwood, complex and perfectly balanced, with smoky and spicy touches. 

This traditional Oude Geuze is the favorite of our team of tasters. Its is pleasantly full bodied, complex and has a few smoky and spicy touches. These unique flavours are due to the oak cask, which used to be used by red wine makers in France's Rh?ne Valley. 

The oak leaves a clear mark on the general taste, adding an extremely welcome touch to the Lambic's aroma.

8% ABV.

The very wine-like accents in this Traditional Oude Geuze are combined with a distinctive 'old beer' character, which gives it a full-bodied and robust flavour, with an unmistable hints of volatile acidity that never overwhelm the senses. 

Cask no. 108, dating from 1935, came to us from a different brewery, whose beers contained some volatile acidity. The foeder now adds a bit of character to all our geuse blends.

Non-sweeet Faro

7.5% ABV.

Oude Geuze Vieille Vandervelden 137 is a geuze released to honor the founding of Oud Beersel in 1882. It was released in the spring of 2017 and is a blend of 1-year old lambic aged in 30-year old Tuscan Brunello di Montalcino barrels and 3-year old lambic aged in Beersel's own foudres.

6.5% ABV.

Brouwerij Het Anker- A golden blonde ale with a surprisingly light and subtly spicy character.  This well-balanced ale is brewed with several types of malts, three different spices and exclusively with Belgian hops.  An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.
