Belgian Beer

A refreshing alcohol-free beer with character. Unlike many other alcohol-free beers, Palm 0.0 brings an extra flavourful experience thanks to hops from their own hops field. The selected malts give the beer its typical amber colour.

Drie Fonteinen Golden Doesjel is blend of one-, two-, three-, and four-year-old lambic that did not carbonate, making it a doesjel (lazy) beer. It has been released twice in 375ml bottles. It is labeled as 6% ABV.

History / Other Notes

Golden Doesjel was first released in late 2013 after being bottled in April 2012. A second batch was bottled in May 2013 and released in early 2014. It is unclear where the four-year-old lambic comes from for these blends. The beer saw widespread distribution including in the United States and Canada. Both batches of Golden Doesjel would have been released as Oude Geuze Golden Blend had they refermented in the bottle.

Blonde with copper reflections, topped with a generous head, Hopus derives from a secret batch brewed for the marriage of Paul Lefebvre. It has a unique and original nose, a blend of vegetal, citrus and fruit notes. The attack is bold, with an intense bitterness accompanied by a plethora of hopped notes. On the palate, the fruity top-fermented aromas and the malted flavours perfectly balance the initial taste without masking it. The bitter aftertaste is persistent but not disturbing, powerful but not overwhelming, elegant but not opulent?in short, the perfect preparation for the next mouthful. Drink very cold as an aperitif with crisps and pickles, as an accompaniment to a spicy dish or as an after-dinner digestive

The highly subtle, elegant and gentle flavour of Traditional Oude Geuze, VAT 91, is due to foeder no. 91, which used to serve as a calvados cask in Nomandy. 

Now this foeder produces an excellent, gentle Lambic, which is just perfect for Traditional Oude Geuze. VAT 91 is soft, full bodied, complex and well balanced. 

The unique oval shape of foeder no. 91 provides optimal use of warehouse space.

During a prolonged maturation of almost four years the Lambic in Foeder 21 went through a maderisation process. This Lambic is blended with Lambics of two other foeders of the same origin, all used for white wine in the past, creates a unique tasting experience.

6.5% ABV.

Oude Geuze Vieille Vandervelden 135 is a geuze released to honor the founding of Oud Beersel in 1882. It was released in the spring of 2017 and is a blend of 1-year old lambic aged in 30-year old Tuscan Brunello di Montalcino barrels and 3-year old lambic aged in Beersel's own foudres.

6.5% ABV.

A balanced blend of Jamaican & Dominican Republic rum. Clean and crisp, with a slight sweetness and a hint of caramel, an exeptional rum with an instinct flavour.

We put liquor in a large barrel and add American roasted and toasted oak flakes. After 3 weeks this mixture is ready to be added to the beer in the bright beer tank. This way we obtain a maximum performance of the used liquor strengthened with the taste of the used oak flakes to enrich our beer.

The Silly Rouge is a balanced blend of brown beer and natural cherry juices. Ruby-red in colour, this beer has a powerful taste of cherries with a hint of sour coming from the cherry pips. Silly Rouge is an excellent tasting beer.

Have a sip of this beauty and you quickly realize there is no going back, Rye truly is the new black. Brewed with Pale ale malt, rye malt and roasted wheat malt and
hopped with Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra hops this
IPA creates a nice contrast; heavenly refreshing taste and the colour so black that
even the gothic prince of darkness would give thumbs up. Enjoy the soft touch of dark malts, the crispy taste from the rye malt and fresh flavours from the best American hops. Or drown in your darkest sorrows

Yes, you love her. But oh boy can she be difficult. But then again did you want her to be the boring mass produced lager type, the vanilla of girl friends? Of course not. Celebrating the intricacies of relationship we created this Stout, which has a lot going on. It is matured on Coffee beans, Cocoa nibs, Bourbon Vanilla beans & Tahitian Vanilla beans. Wow, that sounded tasty. To top that, it is aged on American Oak chips. This is a big beer loaded with dark roasted malts. Your mouth will be filled with coffee and chocolate flavours, supported by the warmth of vanilla. All is balanced by a good load of hops, which will bring this beer to a bitterness of 85 EBU which we hope is much higher than in your relationship. Cheers to her!

If you can?t stop humming Prince?s Raspberry Beret when sipping this gorgeous Raspberry Porter, it?s quite all right. One can't be blamed for having little sexual healing going on?raspberry dipping, chocolate dripping?uuh, say no more. But seriously, beer nerdishly speaking, this is a classy sassy porter with exquisite chocolate character lightened up by fresh and sour touch of the raspberry. Damn, tried to be nerdish and sour but starting sounding like Prince again. ?She wore raspberry beret??

Silly Scotch was born from a unique tradition and, throughout the years, has grown into a reference beer for its particular style. Its lovely red colour with more than a hint of copper is hidden below a beige head. Its complex aromas breathe the scent of brioche accompanied by raisins, fruit jam and fresh raspberry. This is a generous, full-mouthed beer reminiscent of a liqueur. The initial, most striking impressions are those of honey and caramel. The flavours of prunes and roast malt come through in the finish. There is a refreshing aftertaste.
