Braupakt 2024 with St. Bernardus: A Bavarian beer with a Belgian touch

Braupakt 2024 is a Blonde Ale - filtered, strong and top-fermented. Yeast from Weihenstephan, hops from the Hallertau and the area around St. Bernardus in Belgium make for a spicy taste.

De Koninck Bolleke 330ml is a Belgian ale from Antwerp City Brewery. This Sp?ciale Belge beer is locally recognised as ?The taste of Antwerp? and can be found throughout the city, in every bar, cafe and pub, being enjoyed by locals in riverside terraces. The beer was so-named Bolleke after the bowl-shaped glass in which it?s served.

Pouring clear amber with a cream-coloured head, De Koninck Bolleke has a malty, slightly hoppy character with hints of caramel and cinnamon. It?s traditionally brewed using water, yeast, 100% pure malt and hops, with no added maize or brewing sugar. Vicaris Tripel/Gueuze is the perfect thirst-quencher for hot summer days. For this beer, brewery Dilewyns works together with a renowned gueuze brewer from the Zenne valley.

The complex interaction between Vicaris Triple and gueuze makes this beer unique. The sharp sourness of the spontaneously fermented lambic beautifully counters the fruity and soft Vicaris Tripel. The result is a rich beer with a fresh mild acidity and a soft finish.

The Gulden Draak Imperial Stout is a dark brown to black-colored beer and is the heaviest beer in the Gulden Draak range with its 12° alcohol percentage volume. The typical roasted taste is obtained by adding roasted, caramelized malt that is used exclusively for this. It is a very well-balanced heavy beer.

The aftertaste is rich and powerful. When tasting this specialty beer you discover aromas of banana and chocolate. The secondary fermentation works beautifully and will perfectly balance the higher alcohols.

The Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.

Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in our farm-brewery, during the winter time.
Then this beer became a second refermentation in the barrel.

During the next summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the ?saisoniers? which were working on the fields.

Surely, therefore, our Saison Dupont is considered as ?the classic? among the Belgian season beers!

Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created.
Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste.
A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer.

Duchesee de Bourgogne is the traditional top fermented reddish-brown ale from the West-Flanders region of Belgium. This refined ale also known as "The Burgundies of Belgium" is a blend of 8 and 18 months old ales following careful maturation in oak casks. 100% natural and unpasteurized.

The Biolegere is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.

Created in 1992, this beer was the answer of our brewery to the increasing demands coming from a large group of potential clients, wanting an organic beer with character but low in alcohol.

This light and refreshing blond beer combines marvellous aromas, taste of malt and citrus.

The refermentation in the bottle in combination with an "adapted hopping" are resulting into a complex beer with only a small degree of alcohol.
