Syrah is one of the great reds of Hawke's Bay and this wine gains its full body, impressive structure and dry spicy flavours from the addition of whole clusters of grapes to the fermentation. 

It's a powerful big red with flavours of dark plum and spiced fruit.

The 2020 vintage was warm and dry, ideal for making wines to cellar. This wine can age for 10 years+. 

The Potager Gin is a citrus-forward gin with floral notes, hand-crafted and single-shot distilled in small batches. This gin compliments our range with a unique flavour profile reminiscent of a french kitchen garden.

Botanicals:

Juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, lemon, orange, grapefruit, basil, nettle and rose hip.

Our Orchard Gin is a single-shot distilled gin using traditional and native botanicals, such as juniper, coriander, orris root, kawakawa leaves, nutmeg, and, of course, orchard pears.

This gin is the perfect choice for a sunny afternoon and pairs exceptionally well with neutral tonic waters or soda water.

Complex and enticing with ripe apricot, fig, vanilla, clove and hazelnut aromas on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate offering plush texture backed by beautifully pitched acidity, finishing wonderfully long and expansive.

Plush elegant pink. Aromas of strawberries and bright fruit with a layer of pretty spring flowers. Flavours of freshly cut rock melon, lime and zest. It as a beautiful drive and length that keeps it alive in your mouth long after the glass is finished. We are really proud of this rosé it will not disappoint.

With a warming touch of spice, a lingering herbal note of kawakawa, and a strong juniper presence, our Kawakawa and Pink Peppercorn gin is great on its own or however you most enjoy your gin.

Our Rimurimu and Thyme gin offers a savoury blend of rimurimu (native kelp) and aromatic thyme, creating a unique coastal kitchen character with subtle umami notes and a strong juniper presence. This gin has a unique but still versatile profile and can be enjoyed neat or in your favourite cocktails.

With light floral notes, a soft honey  sweetness and a strong juniper  presence, this M?nuka Honey and  Elderflower gin is smooth and easy  to drink.

Winemaker Rudi Bauer uses winemaking techniques very much in keeping with the practices of the Old World, with an obvious nod to Pinot's spiritual home in Burgundy.

The results are a deep, warm wine with inviting perfumed ripe pinot aromatics, both stylish and emotional. The palate is vibrant and lively with great body and spicy minerality that holds defined tannins of Bendigo intensity.

A combination of Sandymount?s 1880 Bitter, Woodcutter barrel aged gin and red marker sweet vermouth.
