Bold, balanced, and full of flavour, our Mountain Gin is made for adventuring. Confident enough to stand on its own, but cooperative enough to work with any tonic you could throw at it, this gin makes a great addition to the team.

Highly recommended for nights around the campfire, and sharing with friends – especially those who don’t think they’re big on gin (spoiler alert; they will be).

Notes: Juniper, juicy citrus, rosemary and lavender.

Taking it’s inspiration from the ocean, our Wave gin is our take on a more classic style of gin. We wanted to balance our bold Mountain gin with something that gives a nod to what you may be familiar with in a gin.

At a slightly higher proof of 47% to still maintain a boldness in cocktails, we use sugar kelp to give this gin a touch of sweetness, while being balanced with rose, subtle citrus and liquorice root. The Wave is versatile gin for all your cocktails and great for classic gin lovers.

This blood orange gin has a beautifully balanced bitterness from orange peel combined with the sweetness of the juice come together to form a taste of refreshing citrus, balanced by a background of juniper. A gin born from a rogue hop finding its way into a batch of gin. Showcasing floral Nelson Sauvin Hops with grapefruit tones, this gin carries a bold, round mouthfeel bringing unique New Zealand flavours to life. Combining the best of what brewing and distilling has to offer this unique local gin is surprising and full.

The best of breakfast in your drink. Using Raglan Roast beans, we have made this smooth, round gin with notes of chocolate, tobacco and coffee.

Pairings: East Imperial Royal Botanic or East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic

Grain is at the heart of our Vodka lending to a full, clean taste. With more texture than your standard Vodka, we embrace the bold mouthfeel with our Vodka made for enjoying. With an initial crisp and clean palette, it opens up to a slight floral undertone with a lingering fullness. Made for shooting, Mixing or chilling.

From Southward - The next release of our white spirits kept young is our Chocolate W.S.K.Y. Made with Light Chocolate Malt and distilled to release mill chocolate tones.
This will be truly unique and limited to 200 bottles with the rest going into barrel.
Following the subtle trend of chocolate tones appearing in popular whiskies we wanted to take it right to the grain and showcase the amazing flavours the grain showcases through the distillation.
