Commercial Description

It?s not every day we get to blend a Ros? that combines the best flavours from two of our favourite vineyards. Ballochdale Vineyard in Marlborough and Cornerstone Vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels.

Made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Syrah, sunny aromas of rose petals and creaming soda lead to a raspberry cream fruit on the palate, finishing with a wonderfully balanced acidity with a whisper of natural fruit sweetness.

A subtle blend of unique taste of Blanche de Namur, which our brewers have added raspberry juice

2.5 bar in the name of this wine refers to the pressure, which is half of the pressure in bottle fermented sparkling wines, giving this cheeky little quaffer a superb yet subtle spritz. Sun ripened strawberries on the nose lead to a feather light palate with similar red berry flavours. Ethereal and bubbly!

Balanced and spicy wine with flavours of red berries, such as ripe strawberries and raspberries. The flavour has hints of ginger and nougat, which is complemented by a nuanced finish that also gives a hint of coffee beans. Delicate tones of chocolate lie and play in the background.

Musar Jeune Rosé wines were first produced from low yielding Bekaa Valley and Byblos vines in 2006. Made from the fruit of younger vineyards at around 1,000 metres above sea level, these wines are bursting with fruit, unfettered by oak and made to the Hochar family’s unwavering philosophy of natural wine-making. 

A blend of 80% Cinsault from young vines in Byblos planted in 2018 and 20% Mourvèdre from 10-year-old vines in the Bekaa Valley. 

Region - Bekaa Valley and Mehrine near Byblos– all planted on calcareous soils. 

The Cinsault and Mourvèdre underwent direct pressing with a mixture of bleeding and were fermented in stainless steel vats with a temperature range between 18?C and 21?C. After the malolactic fermentation was complete, the wines were left to rest for 3 months, then cold stabilised and bottled during March 2023. 

Smoked salmon, flame, mandarin in colour with orange blossom, red cherry and raspberry scents on the nose.

Fresh and youthful with lower alcohol because of the young Cinsault vines from our new vineyards in the hills above Byblos, in Mehrine. Hints of peaches, mandarin and Lebanese spice sumac, and juicy red summer fruits that develop in the glass. 

Serve lightly chilled with Mediterranean and Lebanese dishes.

Intense, bold and fresh with distinctive berry notes.

The higher ABV version of Rock Rose gives a strong warm pine release at the front of the drink with notes of lemon sherbet.  The heart of the drink is very bold berries from the blaeberries, rowan and hawthorn.  These give way to the deeper earthier notes that are hidden in the original Rock Rose, such as angelica and orris.

For over 30 years the wars of the roses between the Tudor and Stewart families wracked England before the Tudor dynasty was established ushering in a period of stability and prosperity. This history is commemorated around the country with the proud Rose & Crown adorning the frontage of over 200 pubs in the UK.

This modern take on the traditional Best Bitter brings modern British hops to the fore. We took a rich and biscuity malt base and laid down an assertive bittering addition of Admiral hops. This classic base was married with dry hop additions of newcomers First Gold and Harlequin to add notes of tangerine, marmalade and passionfruit.

Meet a special new dry Martinborough rose made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on Porters Pinots Vineyard, which is situated at the start of the Wairarapa's most famous wine village. Tasty, dry and pale in colour, following the trend for light coloured, flavoursome pink wines.
