TED  - redefining wine culture

A classically styled rose from the wine's spiritual home in Bandol in Provence, Southern France made with 50% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache and 25% Cinsault.

Bleu Rivage rose has an intense melon pink colour and a nose that is slightly spicy with accompanying hints of citrus fruits. On the palate, this wine is robust and round with good balance, and a grapefruit-like finish.

A pale rose made from the gentle, direct pressing of two pink skinned grapes, Grenache Gris, Clairette Rose and Carignan Gris.  The grapes soak up the Languedoc’s sunshine until harvest, then the juice ferments spontaneously (including malolactic) and spends a few months on its fine lees before an unfiltered bottling. Bright and lively, with ample flesh and layers of texture.

Musar Jeune Rosé wines were first produced from low yielding Bekaa Valley and Byblos vines in 2006. Made from the fruit of younger vineyards at around 1,000 metres above sea level, these wines are bursting with fruit, unfettered by oak and made to the Hochar family’s unwavering philosophy of natural wine-making. 

A blend of 80% Cinsault from young vines in Byblos planted in 2018 and 20% Mourvèdre from 10-year-old vines in the Bekaa Valley. 

Region - Bekaa Valley and Mehrine near Byblos– all planted on calcareous soils. 

The Cinsault and Mourvèdre underwent direct pressing with a mixture of bleeding and were fermented in stainless steel vats with a temperature range between 18?C and 21?C. After the malolactic fermentation was complete, the wines were left to rest for 3 months, then cold stabilised and bottled during March 2023. 

Smoked salmon, flame, mandarin in colour with orange blossom, red cherry and raspberry scents on the nose.

Fresh and youthful with lower alcohol because of the young Cinsault vines from our new vineyards in the hills above Byblos, in Mehrine. Hints of peaches, mandarin and Lebanese spice sumac, and juicy red summer fruits that develop in the glass. 

Serve lightly chilled with Mediterranean and Lebanese dishes.

Small batch and hand-crafted from a secret family recipe, Rose Rabbit Butterscotch Liqueur is decadently sweet, with toasty, buttery notes married with robust Cardrona Single Malt. Beautiful sipped neat or with ice and lime, decadent in desserts and a beautiful accompaniment to cocktails.

Rose Rabbit Orange Liqueur- New Zealand oranges soaked in our own rich single malt spirit and then naturally sweetened. Fresh orange zest dominates the nose. Lingering sweetness.

Plush elegant pink. Aromas of strawberries and bright fruit with a layer of pretty spring flowers. Flavours of freshly cut rock melon, lime and zest. It as a beautiful drive and length that keeps it alive in your mouth long after the glass is finished. We are really proud of this rosé it will not disappoint.

Home Fields operates from their original vineyard, planted in 1993, plus four additional lease vineyards.  The yield potential is approximately 50 tonnes, the majority of which being Pinot Noir, with several tonnes each of Chardonnay, Syrah and Pinot Gris.

For this wine the Pinot Noir grapes were lightly pressed, separated from skins and fermented to “dry” over ten days. 

Tasting
In the bottle, flavours offer a mix of strawberry with tangerine / grapefruit citrus notes. Tannins and acid lend body to the wine.
