Harnessing the power of friendship and sunshine, we've gone and taken a gosh darn bucket load of fresh Aussie lemons that had no home and blended them up with some of our in-house made spirits to give y'all a thirst-quenching, summer-making, tasty wee number that'll have you dreaming of the sun-drenched coastlines of your backyard pool.

What's better than damn tasty ginger beer with kisses of chilli and lime? Not a lot really. So we made it. We canned it. Now it's here for you to enjoy whenever, however, you want.

Our most highly hopped beer to date at over 35g/L, Liquid Phantasm is an ultra-modern DIPA using a new liquidised version of Phantasm™, along with a selected batch of the OG powder, supercharged “Super-Sauvin” hops, and the freshest 2024 Motueka crop flown direct from the Freestyle hop farm in Sunrise Valley, and lashings of NZ Superdelic hop. In combination with a thiol-active yeast strain, an extended conditioning time, and a dose of Motueka and Nelson SubZero Hop Kief™, expect an extremely potent thiol bomb with a hyper-charged hop character. Tu meke!

Straight Up is a contemporary India Pale Ale crafted on a foundation of premium New Zealand malted barley, oats, and rolled spelt. Generously hopped with kiwi-only cones?Southern X, Motueka, and the coveted Peacharine? from the Freestyle hop farm in Nelson, NZ?this IPA promises a juicy and tropical fruit-forward profile with a pronounced hop character and a soft finish. Just a Straight Up, hop-forward sud tube ya?ll.

Beervana 2024 Release

Straight out of our R&D distilling program, inspired by our travels to Singapore earlier in the year, we’re championing the Rose Apple - A mild, subtly sweet, fruity lavender/rose-esque tasting fruit originating from SEA - its light, refreshing, and the right amount of tart that’ll have you going la la all day long. We've elevated this new found fruit by blending it with our in-house distilled vodka, reverse osmosis filtered water, and lots of bubbles. That's it! A thirst-quenching and refreshingly fruity little number that could be your summer fling

Introducing That?s Them Hoppy Ale - a beer born from two bold, daring breweries uniting in the name of beer and friendship to create some seriously juicy and hop-driven froth. Combining forces, noggins, and brewhouses with our pals Fox Friday, we?ve gone and loaded this sud tube up with the freshest Simcoe?, Citra Cryo?, and hand-selected Motueka we could get our paws on. One recipe with 2 breweries expressing it in their own unique way. A big, pale, hazy juice bomb? That?s Us. A wickedly smooth hop-driven crispy ale? That?s Them.

Sketch is an Imperial Pastry Stout made from the first-runnings of 3 different mashes, boiled for copious amounts of minutes, and conditioned for ages in stainless on Nutella®, honeycomb, milk sugar, and toasted marshmallow for good measure. Black as night and thick as oil, this is one chonky sugar-rich sud tube that’ll keep you on your toes with every sip. A black book full of German Montanas.

Straight out of our R&D program is this truly out-there smoothie style seltzer. Here our inhouse moonshine melds perfectly with blueberry & raspberry purees, pineapple juice, vanilla and coconut milk. Naturally vegan, gluten-free, and crafted with real Aussie ingredients, it’s a deliciously bold, refreshing treat for any occasion. Sip, savour, and escape the ordinary y’all.

Join The Dots is a new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given our full Ice-Cream Smoothie Treatment. Starting with a lactose and wheat heavy base soured with our house lacto culture, we?ve then gone and rolled up some mean dots of mango, raspberry, blackcurrant, and marshmallow, with a touch of vanilla ice cream powder. Join it all up and come find the big picture with us.

Midnight Knockout introduces a brand-new Imperial Pastry Stout featuring over eight types of specialty malts, an extended boil, and a double dose of sweet Bega lactose. With heavy-handed additions of toasted almond & coconut, Swiss chocolate squares, and US marshmallow, these flavours mind-meltingly meld together, offering a powerful and rich indulgence perfect for the coming darkness. Dark mocha in colour, bordering on black, and boasting a viscosity akin to oil, this stout stands as one of our most ambitious creations yet.
