Out of this collaborative mash-up we bring you a limited edition 'beer inspired' Crisp, made using a blend of spices, a touch of yeast and the finest Nelson grown hops.

Lovely aromatic and bright fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry and plums. Fresh with subtle tannins and smooth finish.

Marlborough is white wine country and while it's mostly all about Sauvignon and Chardonnay, this spectacular new dry-ish Riesling is full of deliciously zingy flavours of lemon zest, fresh apples and ripe peach, coupled with an intensely lingering, flavoursome finish.

This wine is intensely aromatic on the palate and has lingering flavours with a crisp dry finish.

The north facing Ashmore Vineyard receives all day sun and that, coupled with cool Marlborough nights, makes for ideal cool climate growing conditions for the Riesling grapes that are grown on the free draining, deep alluvial silt, overlying clay sub soils. Ashmore Vineyard was planted in 1997 with conversion to organics beginning in 2009 and full certification from Bio-Gro in 2012.

Chardonnay with all the bells and fresh citrusy flavour notes adding depth and balance to the smooth creamy notes. Here's a wine that shows how exceptionally well Chardonnay grows in Marlborough. 

This is an exceptional single vineyard expression of cool climate Pinot Noir with a silky mouthfeel and medium body. It's made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the windy, cool climate of Marlborough's Awatere Valley where Pinot Noir expresses itself in beautiful red fruit flavours.

Rapaura Springs makes several different single vineyard Pinot Noirs and Sauvignon Blancs as part of the winemaking team's continued exploration of site and grape variety. This is an exceptional wine. 

Seaspray Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful tangy expression of New Zealand's most popular grape variety, only this time it's grown in the a coastal subregion of the windy Awatere Valley where the salty sea air provides its influence to the wines. This Sauvignon is bone dry after being fermented in stainless steel tanks with a little time on yeast lees to build weight and texture to the flavours of this lively wine.

Winemaker Julian Richards makes a diverse and delicious range of wines from top vineyard spots around the country (and sometimes from further afield too), including this deliciously full bodied Marlborough Chardonnay. 

Creamy notes and zesty acidity both provide appeal and balance to this wine's lemon zingy flavours and white peachy aromas. 

Intensely perfumed with lifted savoury notes interlaced with dark cherries, plum and cracked pepper. The tannins are soft and silky, layered with plush, ripe red fruits.

In Essential Awatere fashion the finish is lively, crisp and lingering.

They dig their roots deep through rocky soils to survive, and produce wines of elegance, with a minerality and crisp clean acidity that are unique to our sliver of land in the heart of the Awatere Valley.
