Omnipollo Pilsner is part of our ambitious lager program out at Omnipollos church. Through using carefully selected hops, decoction mashing and extensive lagering times we aim to create as expressive and crisp pilsners as possible. Omnipollo Pilsner sets of to be just that, the perfect thirst quencher, but without losing the robust malty body, herbal hop notes and bitterness.

Smithwick's is a clear beer with a rich ruby color and creamy head. Clean and delicate aroma with different individual notes: from the top fermentation by the Smithwick yeast come aromatic esters creating a fruity aroma. The Aroma Hops added late in the boil contribute clean fresh floral notes

Lindemans Gueuze is a traditionally-brewed beer-style that originate from Brussels. This woody, fruity, magically musty spontaneous-fermentation beer aged in oak casks for up to two years before it is blended with young Lambic.

The blend of young and old Lambic, gives an exquisitely harmonious golden Gueuze with a distinctive fruity, oaky, woodrot and leaf-litter taste that offers mouthwatering back-of-the-tongue refreshment unlike any other.

5% ABV.

This sweet yet acid drink is created by adding fresh black cherries to a Lambic that is 6 month?s old. The addition of fruits provokes a new fermentation in the oak barrels and after another 8 to 12 months, only peels and stones are left and the Kriek-Lambic is ready to be filtered and bottled.
