Unit price perIMAGINATION - Distilled in an 8 plate fractionating column still. Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of manuka to create the heart of this gin. Many have told my story. But only one has distilled the essence of this place to make poems that run over your tongue. Tales of the harbour told in gin.

Unit price perThis is a recipe inspired by the diversity of our land: Oaxaca. We use our GAD agave spirit as the base, then we macerate the 8 botanics: juniper and 7 botanics from Oaxaca: avocado leaf, yerba santa, cacao and Oaxaca tangerine amongst others; then we make a triple distillation.
This is a Gin made with local ingredients as a homage to the diversity of our region.

Unit price perThe finger limes highlight the Asian spices like coriander and star anise, and are complemented by the fresh ginger. Then turmeric adds weight to the palate and a fresh but earthy quality, not unlike dill.
The resulting gin has lifted aromatics of lime curd, pine needles, and fragrant spices with a vanilla character which pulls it all together. The palate is intense - sweet and juicy - but it is still very clean.

Lemon verbena from Little River, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a bright citrus gin with herbaceous notes and a hint of peppery spice. Zingy and vivacious with a glorious lemony scent. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa.
Hendrick’s Amazonia Gin, a Duty Free retail exclusive, was inspired by head distiller Lesley Gracie’s visit to South America in 2013. It was here she met not only Mr Charles Brewer-Carías, one of the world’s most respected explorers, she was also introduced to a host of fascinating flora and fauna. Based on the classic Hendrick’s Gin recipe, which includes cucumber and rose, this expression also uses flora from the Amazon to create a gin that’s tropical and bright with a carefully balanced blend of fruit and floral whist retaining notes of the classic Hendrick’s Gin profile. Exploring the Amazon rainforest and jungles of Venezuela, the experience left a lasting impression that inspires Lesley to this day. For every bottle sold, One Tree Planted, a non-profit organisation, will plant tree in the Amazon.

Unit price perTriple Juniper Gin combines three different distillation processes, each uncovering the bright and earthy qualities of juniper.
Juniper berries are first steeped in Australian wheat spirit for 24 hours. This steep, along with fresh juniper is then added to the still before finally, more juniper is added to the vapour basket to capture the fresh and floral juniper character.
Our eight other botanicals include coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, lime peel, liquorice root, cinnamon and Australian pepper berry.

Unit price perBold, balanced and smooth, please welcome the Humdinger Dry Gin.
This old soul is a celebration of the juniper berry, and a twist on a classic Dry Gin. Subtle citrus is first on the palate, before transforming into a pleasant juniper middle, that then morphs into a long warm finish thanks to a dash of nutmeg and liquorice. Subsequently it leaves you thinking, "don't mind if I do".
Pot distilled to maximise the flavour, using the authentic London Dry method - with only water added post-distillation.
This gin is fantastic on ice, or if you fancy G&T's then it's recommended to pair with East Imperial Tonic Water, Royal Botanic Tonic, or Old World Tonic. The recommended garnishes are a kaffir lime leaf or a fresh orange slice. With this gin being so well balanced, it is a fantastic option for cocktail making too.

About Fenton Street Distillery
Fenton Street Gin is crafted in Stratford at an elevation of 310m/1017 feet. They capture Botanics at altitude. Their botanics are not distilled separately then blended. To ensure flavours are balanced they are carefully measured in much the same way as a chef creates a dish.
Due to the freshness and volume of the botanicals, some of the Fenton Street gins may appear cloudy when tonic is added or sipped on ice. This is because their gins are non-chill filtered. Stuart Greenhill, head distiller said: ?We don?t want to chill-filter. The whole point of our gin is to capture flavours from carefully selected and measured botanics. It seems unproductive to distil in what is essentially a neutral flavoured spirit and then filter out the natural oils again.?

Unit price perAfter visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest, Four Pillars realised olive oil could be a brilliant botanical alongside olive leaf. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and they did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin.
The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot.
They have used olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. This gin is savoury, textural and bright. Perfect for any Martini - Gibson, dirty, or dry with a twist. For a longer drink try it in a Spanish-inspired gintonic, with rosemary and lemon.

Unit price perA vibrant Raspberry Gin from Warner's! One third of each bottle is made up of fresh raspberries, blackberries and hand-picked hedgerow elderflower, making for a wonderfully jammy spirit. The gin aims to bottle the British countryside, however over the last century or so, intense farming has caused a steep decline in hedgerows across the country. So, Warner's launched this gin in partnership with People?s Trust for Endangered Species (PTES), helping conserve the local landscape and safeguarding the 130 conservation priority species that rely on hedgerows. Fantastic gin for a good cause, what's not to like?
Tasting notes: A good hit of tart raspberry pur?e followed by more fresh, vibrant blackberries and piney juniper. More floral notes begin to emerge, hedgerow elderflower peeks through with blackcurrant jam on the finish.
