An outstanding vintage from Hawke's Bay, potentially the best ever. The Stone Syrah from Elephant Hill is part of the winery's Elemental range of wines, which champions the sub regions of Hawke's Bay. This wine represents the Gimblett Gravels Winegrowing District, which encompasses a vast 800+ hectares in the Bay and where stony soils absorb warmth, aid drainage and help ripen late harvested grapes such as Syrah. This wine accentuates the spicy overtones and beautiful dark plum aromas of great Syrah. .

Elephant Hill Syrah is made from grapes grown on two vineyards, at the winery's home block at Te Awanga and on the Gimblett Gravels, inland from the coast. It is a co ferment of 99% Syrah with 1% Viognier; a classic northern Rhone winemaking method, which provides wines with pronounced dark fruit flavours, fleshy texture and spicy notes. 

Elephant Hill Chardonnay is made with grapes grown on the coast at Te Awanga, south of Napier where the cool sea breezes add zesty acidity to the grapes. This provides excellent balance to the creamy nuances of Chardonnay, which is one of Hawke's Bay's most popular grape varieties.

This wine is dry, creamy and full bodied. A stunner from our country's second biggest wine region. 

A proprietary estate red blend sourced mainly from the warm, inland soils of Bridge Pa Triangle and Gimblett Gravels. Plummy Merlot and spicy Syrah dominant flavours complexed by additions of Tempranillo, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Generous, soft, red fruits with easing going drinkability.

Pinot Gris, Viognier and Gewurztraminer join forces in this quirky white blend from a great Hawke’s Bay winery. These grapes are an aromatic bunch and when fermented dry offer a lush body and crisp long fresh finish.

Exceptional fruit purity, concentration and complexity are the hallmarks of this wine. The result is a concentrated, rich Chardonnay with good length, weight and texture showing nutty and citrus characters.
