Rioja barrels remain the most favorite barrels to age our Barley Wine on. The maturation in these red wine barrels in combination with the tannins ensure that the full taste of the wine comes to the forefront. The characteristic Barley Wine flavors remain, although they are slightly toned down. A slightly dry aftertaste completes it all

11.6% ABV

In collaboration with the wine merchant Mestrezat from Bordeaux, we were able to put our Grand Cru beer on their Grand Cru wine barrels. This Grand Cru has a beautiful body with notes of wood, caramel, vanilla and red wine which are nicely balanced. Finally, the tannins provide a recognizable slightly dry red wine aftertaste

10.4% ABV

Calvados has a unique taste that with barrel aging gives a nice twist to the beer that has been on it. This time a Strong Saison. Expect the characteristic Calvados flavors and aromas such as apple, sweet fruits and oak. These together provide a warming and alcoholic mouthfeel.

13.1% ABV

Upper Bavarian, Lower Bavarian, Middle Bavarian? ?dobb! We brewed this Dunkel Weizen to unite all these Bavarians. Using the same classic Saaz hops our founder Robbert named his dog after, our Herr Oakmeister tips his Tiroler hat to Weizen tradition with lots of wheat and caramel. But it?s the toasted oak and vanilla that demands a good Schuhplattler. A mountain man?s Weizen rough in body and soul. Forget dialects, let?s all just speak beer. O?zapft is!

5.9% ABV

What if you combine the currant bun with a full blond beer? The addition of currants, raisins and a touch of vanilla gives this beer, in addition to the malty characters of the blond beer, the unmistakable taste of the currant bun.

What if Berliner bol and craft beer come together? The outcome is a completely powerful and intense quadruple. In addition to the well-known aromas of the quadruple, such as raisins and a light chocolate touch, you also get the well-known flavors and aromas of the Berliner bun. Think of cherries, vanilla, cream and strawberries.

Yesssss! Who doesn?t love a piece of apfelstrudel, vanilla, whipped cream, raisins and apple all poured into this 11% Imperial doppelbock.

Ever wanted to make like Alice and enter a wonderland of your own? Well, to that we say ?drink me?. This doppelbock is your golden ticket to a prelapsarian forest full of apples. Well? we did already pick those apples and baked it into a creamy Austrian pastry with vanilla, raisins and cinnamon. We used the best German malts and hops to get down this rabbit hole. Drink this portion and you?ll soon be consulting caterpillars, organizing mad tea parties and playing croquet with the queen. Yes, wonderland is yours for the taking. Just don?t lose your head down there.

What if? Brouwerij de Molen and the classic Bock come together? That produces a mind-blowing bock beer! This bock has a light bitter, a full malty sweet caramel taste and smell. This together ensures a robust body, warm mouthfeel and a good drinkable character.

6.2% ABV

What if you combine an Imperial Stout with Balcones barrels? This results in a nicely balanced yet very complex barrel aged beer. The complexity is due to the combination of the wood flavors and a quirky light acidity of the used malts, tannins and a slightly fruity touch. Because the flavors are not too heavy, it can be called very accessible and can therefore be a good entry into the world of barrel aged beers
