Exceptional fruit purity, concentration and complexity are the hallmarks of this wine. The result is a concentrated, rich Chardonnay with good length, weight and texture showing nutty and citrus characters.

Stone Paddock Chardonnay is a lightly oaked wine. Showing ripe tropical fruit and peach aromas with fine grapefruit and mineral undertones. The gentle influence of oak accentuates the sweet stonefruit, melon and grapefruit flavours. The texture is creamy and luscious with a fine minerality on the finish. 

Palliser Estate Chardonnay is a creamy smooth, super appealing full bodied wine for  Chardonniastas and those who like their Chardonnays crisp and fresh. 

This wine was made from hand picked grapes, all estate grown by Palliser and a high proportion of them certified organic. The wild yeast ferment accentuates oatmeal and savoury notes, which support the fresh nectarine like fruit flavours in this wine. 

The mouthfeel highlights barrel ferment characters of creaminess balanced by a line of ripe acidity. The wine flows with energy, concentration and a rounded core carrying to a long, creamy, nutty finish. This is an elegant and softly concentrated Chardonnay with harmonious layers of flavour. 

Full bodied, creamy and toasty with flavours of oatmeal, spice and fresh macadamias. This big white has all the bells and whistles and is made with grapes grown on the coast at Bay View north of Napier. All grapes were hand picked, fermented with wild yeasts in French oak, which softens the edgy acidity, adding notes of spice, cedar and hints of oak, all of which provide weight, making this wine super rich and flavoursome. It suits roast chicken or spaghetti carbonara; vegetarian or with a little meat but either way, served with a squeeze of fresh lemon, olive oil, pepper and parmesan.

100% hand-picked Chardonnay, crushed and pressed into old Burgundian French oak barrels for wild yeast fermentation until dry. The wine was matured in barrel for 14-16 months during which time it underwent full malolactic fermentation.

This is a complex Chardonnay with multiple layers of ripe fruit and richness, along with a chalky minerality on the nose. The palate combines fruit weight and balanced acidity with a tight yet generous structure. This is followed by a long lingering pithy citrus finish with and hints of savouriness.

This is an elegant and vibrant Chardonnay from internationally renowned Leeuwin Estate. The Prelude Vineyards wines are made from the most expressive fruit, with the intention that they will drink well soon after release. While being excellent to drink young, they retain great ageing potential. 

The nose is fragrant, with citrus and orchard fruit notes. On the palate, the wine shows ripe stone-fruit and gentle floral notes, with a light touch of vanilla. This is a juicy wine with bright, juicy acidity and a zesty finish. Given time, this wine will build in complexity and texture.

Rich, tasty and refined South Island bubbly, made as a tribute to Dawn Ibbotson, the matriarch of Saint Clair, who lived to be 104 and still resided in her own home. This sparkling wine was first made for her 100th birthday and it is a multi vintage blend made 100% from Marlborough grapes and using 63% Chardonnay with 37% Pinot Noir. The finished wine spent 30 months lees aging on tirage in bottle pre disgorgement.

Domaine Denis Race is a small, family run winery in Chablis. This Chardonnay uses no oak, resulting in a focused and linear wine. Steel ageing results in a very pure expression of terroir. The nose is fresh and mineral, with grassy and citrus notes. On the palate there is a textural richness, which is balanced by citrussy acidity and savoury minerality.

Macon is the southernmost terroir in the Bourgogne wine region. The warmer Southern climate produces richer, fruitier Chardonnay's in comparison to the wider region. The M?connais white wines are floral and fruity on the nose and rich and well structured, but with good acidity. 

This Chardonnay is made to be drunk young. The nose shows floral aromas and a distinct freshness. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and fruity with balanced acidity. This is an extremely food friendly and versatile wine.

Nautilus Chardonnay is one of Marlborough?s most age worthy white wines and a delicious drink right now, especially the 2019 which comes from a great vintage in this country?s largest wine region. The Nautilus winery was founded in 1985 by the Hill-Smith family in South Australia and continues in the same ownership. Long term winemaker Clive Jones has been key in the transformation in quality and perception in Marlborough Chardonnay over the past two decades, thanks to this dry, full bodied, smooth and creamy wine, which ages beautifully (for those with willpower) for up to a decade.

Typically fresh aromatics of quality Hawkes Bay Chardonnay are evident including citrus, white flowers and stone fruit. These are complemented on the palate by a creamy richness from aging on lees. Roast hazelnut, almond and hints of gunflint result from the indigenous fermentation in barrel.

One of the best bubblies made in New Zealand, and always a vintage wine with the grapes 100% from one year and 100% Pinot Noir. Tastes dry, yeasty fresh with notes of red berry flavours in a full bodied bubbly with a long finish.
Long ageing on tirage ? aka lees (decomposing yeast cells) in bottle - provides depth, body and a lingering finish. 

Winemaker Clive Jones launched Nautilus Winery's sparkling wine programme and is on a constant mission to refine these already outstanding wines, which comes through in the two different sparkling wines he makes. The rose is always a single vintage wine and expresses the depth and richness of Pinot Noir made in the traditional method of sparkling winemaking with long lees aging. This wine is super fresh flavour, has a full body and long, crisp, refreshing finish. 

Vegan and Certified Organic

Un-oaked Chardonnay made with grapes sourced from throughout the Central Otago region and exhibiting the region's natural elegant fruit flavours and mineral complexity. The wine is fermented in tank to retain its bright fruit and is left to rest on its yeast lees to gain some doughy complexity and softness. This is a refreshing full-bodied wine, unencumbered by oak and superb with food.

Top drinking full bodied, dry, crisp and peachy Marlborough Chardonnay made from grapes grown on a blend of vineyards on the Wairau Valley and the Southern Valleys in Marlborough. Flavours of white peach, nectarines and ripe grapefruit intermingle in this complex white from New Zealand's biggest wine region.

The grapes were fermented in a combination of new and old oak barriques and given 10 months ageing in oak prior to bottling.
