That?s why we aspire to be more like Lucy. With heaps of US Hops, we are getting a tropical, juicy, delicious beer with a refreshing body and a crisp finish.

We got our hands on a whole galaxy of high-quality malts: American Ale, Big-O oats, Munich and Biscuit. We scored two bags of Centennial, seventy-five hundred pellets of Simcoe, five packs of ultra-high alpha Citra, and a salt shaker half full of Southern Cross. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get locked into a serious hop collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can...

Vicaris Lino is a blond beer with a pleasant hop flavour and a light aftertaste. Lino is Italian for flax, the unique ingredient in this beer. The result is a balanced and most drinkable beer with a solid head. Apart from touches of flax, the rich aroma also contains citrus hops which provide a refreshing and light bitterness.

Unfiltered Vicaris Generaal is a red-brown warm-fermented beer with a beautiful tinted head, unfiltered in both bottle and keg. Generaal will mature in the bottle and is for the experienced beer lover. Generaal has a marked bitterness obtained by using roasted malt and hops. It is not a sweet beer.

Nose/aromas: Sweet malt, hints of tropical fruit (banana) and citrus fruits (oranges), suggestions of hops, light minerality.

Flavour: Playful in the mouth, pleasant bubbles, lovely malty attack followed by a fruity and slightly bitter touch, again a hint of minerality, nice dry finish

Gentse Strop is a top-fermented blond Belgian Special Ale, re-fermented in the bottle (6.9% alc vol), to give a deliciously hoppy beer with a subtle fruity aroma.

Kasteel Xtra is a blond top-fermented beer with a low alcohol content.

For this Kasteelbier, their brewer blends extra tasty malts with a generous dose of bitter and aromatic hops. Thanks to the dry hopping and the secondary fermentation in the bottle, you will enjoy an extra fine aftertaste.

Clear golden-yellow, fizzy with bubbly white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee and ripe fruits (peach, banana). Sweet flavour, very alcoholic with notes of caramel and candy, ripe fruits, yeasts, light citrusy bitterness. Brigand is blond coloured and has quite a full and creamy head. This glorious craft beer has a beautiful body and a wonderful aroma.

9% ABV

Like the standard Gulden Draak, this beer offers extremely rich and complex favours with touches of sweet caramel - pushed further thanks to extra malt additions and a higher ABV.

10% ABV

Presents malty, very fruity and woody flavors somewhat reminiscent of red wine, with a slightly acidic and sour finish, with excellent drinkability

5.5% ABV

This golden ale has a dense white head that invites you to lean in and discover the fragrance of green aromatic hops, yeast and mild fruity notes. A full and refreshing palate shifts to mild citrus, orange and grapefruit, in combination with the hops. The sweet honeyed finish combines a slightly spicy flavor of cumin, ending with a nice kick of hops
