Baylands - We love American hops and this West Coast style Indian Pale Ale is jam packed full of 'em!

Inside you'll find five different U.S. hops delivering a big aroma and a bitter, yet smooth finish.

Named in honour of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson's short-lived veto of the Prohibition Bill in 1919.

7.0% ABV.

Parrotdog - Falcons stalk the skies, commanding their territory with focus and intensity; a totem for this American Pale Ale.

Our interpretation of the style takes modern U.S. hop flavours of citrus and tropical fruit and lets them soar on a light and nimble body.

5.4% ABV.

Parrot Dog - Our troublesome original release, named for the problematic first brew day which hugely emphasised its hop bitterness. It?s matured and evolved nicely over the years, with us. Big tropical hop flavour from local varieties with strong bitterness from an English hop to honour its origins, all balanced by plenty of malt. 

5.8% ALC./VOL.

Paloma New Zealand Barrel-Aged Barleywine is a rich, smooth, nutty, strong ale that has been aged for ten months in French oak wine barrels that previously held New Zealand Whisky Co's Double-Wood Whisky for many years. Like all our beers, it is made with New Zealand-grown malt and hops.

14.3% ABV.

What?! A beer that is both LOW CARB, and FULL of flavour? AND MADE BY EPIC?! When we noticed the increasing popularity of Low Carb beers we knew we needed to try and make the world a better place with beer. We're happy to announce that we have done it! Bringing the big hop aroma and flavour the Epic is renowned for, to a beer that is both low card and tasty. You can thank us later.

At a low 4.8% it's light, has a dry finish & is less filling but leaves just enough hop intensity to coat your tongue with deliciousness.

As far as we know this could be the first craft low carb beer in the market and we have had it professionally tested to reveal it has less than half the carbs of Epic Pale Ale!

4.8% ABV

Panhead - In hot rodding a Rad Rod is a chopped, low slung, rough and rusty special, designed for go more than show.  A little like a classic hazy IPA in other words.  There's a killer American hopping regime inside this unfiltered diamond, throwing the juicy orange and fruit salad characters forward without too much bitterness or malty sophistication.

6.5% ABV.

Liberty Brewing - Originally brewed for the West Coast IPA Challenge in 2013, the name of this beer wasn't always planned to be so grotesque.  You see...  I had penned the name pretty much every hop variety i could get from the USA thrown in.  However, whilst filling the kegs for this esteemed competition, a song came on Spotify and made the task so much more enjoyable that i decided to change the name.  But let's face it: Yakima Kitchen Sink was a bit of rubbish really!

Anyhow, regardless of the name the beer continued to take out the champion spot which was one of the proud moments in my life.  It's just a shame i wasn't there to enjoy the celebrations!

Liberty's West Coast IPA Challenge entry for 2018. Juicy and fruity. Unfiltered. 

6.6% ABV.

It doesn't have to always be about hops. With the surging popularity of overtly hoppy beer, there's an extreme demand for the aromatic little flowers. The history of beer has never seen such overwhelming pressure on the international hop supply. With entire crops unavailable to the smaller brewery, these are the Darkest Days for the hard-core hop heads. But this isn't about hops. This is about a delicious oatmeal stout, darker and more ominous that your hopped up fears. Challenge your palate with this, decidedly, devilish drop. Enjoy full bodied bitter chocolate and espresso notes, with a rich texture, at cellar temperature with your friends and family.

Oatmeal Stout - 6% ABV

This crushing double IPA, named for the legendary hop that predominates it, is one of New Zealand craft brewing's original palate benders, famous for squeezing every last drop of flavour and aroma from its American namesake. Strong notes of citrus shouldn't surprise anyone who reads the label.

9% ABV

Eddyline Brewery - We love the juicy hop aromas of the New England style IPAs but feel ?hazy is lazy?. This slightly hazy IPA is bursting with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hop aroma with a subdued bitterness and incredible drinkability! 

Named after one of our favorite tunes, this lightly hazed NEIPA is a fun party brew.

6.1% ABV.

Eddyline Brewery - Our signature IPA born and brewed originally in Colorado but brought over to the shores of New Zealand.  A rich, bold, and balanced IPA that like a great classic ride has a bit of everything. This West-Coast American IPA features a half-dozen malts and four great US hops. Big and bold, but not overpowering, leaves you coming back for more!

6.1% ABV.

Duncan's Brewing - Part of our dessert-style sour beer range.  Brewed with lactose sugar and vanilla that sweetens the passionfruit and lime sourness.

5% ABV.

'Shorter, faster, louder! An easy-drinking IPA, packed full of good feeling gooseberry, lychee and citrus vibes, from a blend of local and international heavy-hitting hops!'

6.6% ABV.

Emerson's - The orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus.  Which roughly translates as, a hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone.  In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out.  Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise.  Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.
