Kettle soured and fermented with Blackcurrants, Plums and Pears provide the sugary goodness for the yeast to work hard in this Jam Factory.

Bright, crisp and tart in balance with a soft mouthfeel contributed by Pilsner Malt and Wheat, expresses a drinkable harmony between sweet and sour.

A big background hum of roasted malt complexity and a warm lingering bitterness. Smooth and full bodied with notes of rich raisin, caramel and boozy cherries. Pine, deep and resinous resound with a lingering pop of honey. Notes of spiced toffee and a sherry kiss, all reminiscent of dense, decadent fruit cake and dark crust magic. Made for this frostbitten weather in front of the fire, toes tucked into a pair of woolly socks.

Run it straight and don’t stop till we hit Atlanta - alive and loud, like the city it’s named after this beer is dynamic and vibrant, bursting with tropical notes of passionfruit, lemon, lime, grapefruit and ripe orchard fruit from the Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka hops. Smooth and easy-drinking, this is a contemporary IPA that will bring the fiesta to any occasion.

4.6% ABV

Over at Bach we've been on the hops again ... dreaming of lazy days at the beach, surfing, siesta's, cold pilsner and bbq's.  

Brewed with crisp pilsner malts and loaded with a generous dose of dry hops including Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Citra and El Dorado, and cold conditioned for a smoother mouthfeel.

BLOOD ORANGE ECLIPSE, IPA 5.5%

Amarillo, Citra and Cryo Simcoe hops have fallen into delicious alignment with our in-house blood orange extract to create a juicy IPA bursting with citrus notes.

Crisp and clean like a snowball to the face is how we describe our pilsner. Different to classic European pilsners but with the heritage of all imported malts to create that signature flavour and mouthfeel. Called an NZ pilsner as it is hopped with all NZ varieties that scream to be shown, the riwaka and nelson sauvin show a medly of grape and passionfruit with a lime zing. Light to medium bodied with the creamy mouthfeel of well brewed german malts and a crisp refreshing bitterness to quench the thirst. Winner of a gold medal at 2021 brewers guild awards.

This jammy journey of mouth FOMO keeps on going! Rich, soft banana pairs oh so well with the earthy, floral sweetness of ripe blueberries with the fruity threesome completed by luscious tropical coconut. A thick, pink to purple pour makes you blink a few times before delivering the aroma of Hawaiian beaches. Flavour-wise, this brew is indexed in your tongue library under T for tropical. A delicious smooth sweet and tangy punch and vanillary earthiness finished by a balanced, luscious mouthfeel and clean sour base to finish out the beer.

Low Bro -Tropical Chilli Sour 2.5%

Howdy partner, are you ready to buck up and double down? This hombre is taking all the flavours of the big dawgs and dropping it low. The juicy tropical fruit of mango and passion fruit combined with the kick of habanero chillis to kick it up a notch! 

Flavours: Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and a bit of Gladiator malts kettler soured to kick up the mouth feel and match the punch from the passion fruit, mango and habaneros!

Moustache Ride - Milkshake IPA 6.5%

Who wants a Moustache Ride? This beer does! Whether or not you have a mo, you don't want to miss this bad Mama Jamma. All the fruit flavours from the hops and not too bitter make for a smooth drinker. 

Flavours: Think the body and juiciness of a hazy with extra smooth and sweet from the lactose to balance the hops. Sometimes called an Oat Cream IPA in the States. Late addition Amarillo, Kohia Nelson and Riwaka layer juicy flavours over the creamy base.

A yearly released Sauvignon Blanc barrel aged farmhouse ale. Starting life as our seasonal saison, Rivage Brux takes on the winey, slightly tannic character of the barrel. Tangy Brett, Viniuos notes with a lean malt backbone combine to create the Beer Worlds answer to Orange Wine.

Combing a cool lager fermentation, and a mixture of striking aromatic hops from Germany, NZ and the Czech Republic. Fervour is tropical, citrus tinged and smashable.
