BEER NETHERLANDS

In collaboration with the wine merchant Mestrezat from Bordeaux, we were able to put our Grand Cru beer on their Grand Cru wine barrels. This Grand Cru has a beautiful body with notes of wood, caramel, vanilla and red wine which are nicely balanced. Finally, the tannins provide a recognizable slightly dry red wine aftertaste

The Gember & Citroengras Tripel is the winner of the curiosity contest that took place in 2024. Expect a refreshing beer with vibrant citrus notes through the lemongrass and spicy ginger notes, balanced by a strong malt base. The subtle spiciness enriches the taste experience. The result is an inviting brew with complexity, perfect for lovers of triples with a twist.

This Double IPA, Hop & Hibiscus, combines floral hibiscus notes with citrusy hops. The use of oats and rye gives the Hop & Hibiscus a full and soft mouthfeel. All this together provides a balanced, refreshing and unique taste experience.

8.5% ABV

This weizenbock with passion fruit is the perfect spring beer that makes you long for the wonderful summer days. The addition of passion fruit to this weizenbock creates a seductive tropical aroma, interwoven with recognizable banana and clove notes. With every sip, this beer offers a perfect balance between refreshing sweetness and weizen character. The mouthfeel is soft and full, the aftertaste refreshing

It probably won?t reduce your coulrophobia (aka fear of clowns), but we?re pretty sure it will fix your fear of Belgians.

Yesssss! Who doesn?t love a piece of apfelstrudel, vanilla, whipped cream, raisins and apple all poured into this 11% Imperial doppelbock.

Ever wanted to make like Alice and enter a wonderland of your own? Well, to that we say ?drink me?. This doppelbock is your golden ticket to a prelapsarian forest full of apples. Well? we did already pick those apples and baked it into a creamy Austrian pastry with vanilla, raisins and cinnamon. We used the best German malts and hops to get down this rabbit hole. Drink this portion and you?ll soon be consulting caterpillars, organizing mad tea parties and playing croquet with the queen. Yes, wonderland is yours for the taking. Just don?t lose your head down there.

11% ABV

This barrel aged Imperial Milkstout is characterized by 4 flavors, vanilla, burnt caramel and chocolate and a light sourness. The vanilla is strengthened by the aging on the Balcones barrels and the combination with the burnt caramel and the lactose makes it look like liquid cr?me br?l?e. The chocolate and the small sourness on the other hand provide a liqueur bonbon experience which gives this beer a unique character.

9.9% ABV

The Pina & Power has a unique tropical taste experience. The intense hop bitterness and citrus notes of the DIPA are softened by juicy, ripe pineapple notes, while the robust maltiness provides a strong backbone. This provides a refreshing balance between sweetness and hoppiness, resulting in an extremely drinkable beer.

Sinaasappel & Limoen offers a refreshing experience with strong citrus aromas through the use of orange and lime peels and a subtle salty touch of sea salt. The beer is characterized by a sour character, a hazy appearance due to the use of wheat and a medium to light body, resulting in a smooth drinking experience. Perfect for sunny days, where the combination of citrus and sea salt provides refreshment with every sip

'Balcony Bonfire at your BnB' has a vibrant aroma due to a trio of hops each from different parts of the worlds bringing tones of tropical fruit, white wine and citrus. It has a creamy mouthfeel and the aroma's mentioned above can be found in the flavour as well.

Don't be afraid to come out in the open, there's no need to be nervous you see, no one will judge you for swapping your IPA for this itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny sour apple appletini!
Blended with 300 kilograms(!) of apple concentrate, this graf has got serious pome fruit credentials. Accessibly sour with a tad bit of sweet, it's our twist om the classic Los Angeles Appletini.

Taste Kees' quadrupel! This beer has a deep red-brown color and a mildly sweet taste. The alcohol in the beer provides a warm buzz. For this beer we have chosen American hop varieties that provide fruity aromas. A wonderful beer to enjoy while sitting down.

You may be thinking, there is honey in this Session IPA. HA! Nada! Nasi putih! Sorry, mate. After we played the Jackass movies all the way through, in honor of the stupidest game ever invented, we named our beer after it. Lightly carbonated, but hugely pungent. A tropical three-hoppy blend with notes of citrus, stone fruit and resinous bitterness. Enjoy this awe-inspiring sting. But Beehive Tetherball? No goos, #NeverClever! Don't try this at home.
