Based on the historic stouts of London which added Oysters to add to theirperceived nutrition Three Boys annual winter release includes fresh BluffOysters which are added to boil with the hops. Pouring an inky pitch black witha healthy tan head, Oyster Stout is dry, roasty and rich with some dark fruitand the slightest hint of brine. 

At 6.2% ABV it's the ideal winter warmer forthe frosty nights we have been having. 

It's also the perfect accompaniment to afresh bluff oyster or a hearty beef and mushroom pie.

A velvet, creamy stout packing notes of chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Brewed with lactose and a robust malt blend, this milk stout offers a satisfying sweetness that cuts against a light bitterness, brought together through an irresistible velvet texture.

4.4% ABV.

We first brewed The Lash last year for SOBA?s Winter Ale Festival. The Lash takes inspiration from the strong stouts brewed by Guinness, Foreign Extra and Special Export.
We have combined NZ Mild, Brown malt and Roast Barley with some herbal NZ hops and our English ale yeast to create a strong, dry, creamy stout.

7.2% ABV.

A silky and full stout from one of the fastest growing local craft beer breweries Panhead. They've specially imported caramelized oats to give this stout body and texture, it's big but balanced as is generally the case with anything from Panhead.

5.5% ABV.

Tia maria in a glass? Van da Tsar is a Russian imperial stout aged on Heilala vanilla pods. Deliciously sweet, creamy and decadent.

5.2% ABV.

A stout brewed with the addition of lactose sugar and a small dose of Dominican cacao nibs during fermentation.  The result is deliciously balanced, soft and creamy, with a toasty, dark chocolate finish.

6.1% ABV.

Wellingtonian John Porter is a lawyer by day and winemaker by night, at least that's how his small production Pinot Noirs began life when he and his family first planted vines in Martinborough in 1992. 

This wine drinks beautifully now at five years old with fresh, delicate red fruit flavours over a core of savoury complexity and great structure providing length and texture to this wine. We think it represents great value for money and still has further time to evolve in the bottle, for those with the willpower to do so.

All the grapes in this wine were hand picked, fermented in small tanks and aged in French oak with a modest proportion of new oak.

Belching Beaver Peanut Butter Milk Stout is simply irresistible. It’s like dark chocolate Reese’s in a glass! Rolled oats and Lactose add to the creamy body of this beer while heavenly aromas of roasted buttery peanuts and chocolate greet you with every sip. Martinborough Pinot Noir at its best with earthy aromas, dried red fruit flavours and freshness. Kereru is the brainchild of lawyer-winemaker, John Porter, who donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every bottle of Kereru Pinot Noir towards the upkeep and maintenance of a block of restored land with the aim of retaining its restoration into native forest for future generations.

This wine drinks beautifully now at seven years old and retains gorgeous bright fruit freshness with a core of savoury complexity and a long finish. We think it represents great value for money.
