Belgian Beer

Kriek Mariage Parfait is an ?Old Style Kriek? of exceptional excellence, brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name.  It is unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no artificial flavours, preservatives or colourings added.

Dominated by loads of fresh tart cherry notes with some mild barnyard and some vanilla notes,  balanced against a backdrop of musky roasted oak. 

8% ABV.

Fourchette was born of the culmination of the best of two worlds—the sophisticated, refined flavours of top chefs and the knowledge and passion of 6 generations of master brewers. This mixture of a floral beer with a tripel wrapped in its golden robes, is sure to be a unique taste experience

7.5% ABV

3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. 

The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass, 

3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added. 

Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

4.7% ABV

St-Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition is a pure traditional gueuze aimed at connoisseurs. It has the pure taste of a true gueuze based on a blend of young and old lambics. Fruity apple aromas stand out. When tasting, the slightly sour touches, characteristic of lambic beers, make their presence felt. It is very dry in the finish.

5% ABV.

A global innovation: organic, gluten-free, Fairtrade white beer Brewed using buckwheat, malt, rice, hops, orange peel and herbs, including coriander. Mongozo Buckwheat White has all the characteristics you would expect from a white beer: a fresh and fruity aroma with herby notes, a mild hop flavour and a smooth, rounded aftertaste that is slightly acidic.

4.8% ABV

For the creation of the Gulden Draak Smoked, we go back to the ancient tradition of malt drying: smoking malt. This resulted in a smoked touch of the malt which you afterwards also could find in the beer. This typical smoky taste was lost over the years because the malt drying techniques were made considerably more efficient.

10.5% ABV

An exotic beer with the refreshing taste of coconut. Mongozo Buckwheat White forms the basis for this beer. A beer that is perfect for pairing with exotic dishes

3.6% ABV

Colour and appearance: a pale blonde colour and fine creamy-white head which clings to the glass.

Flavour: A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The aroma is very balanced with a fruity, flowery background and an initial Chardonnay impression which evolves into a spicy, mild aroma of hops. The taste is very full-bodied and is balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well.

Special beer brewed once a year to mark International Women's Day. 

8.5% ABV. - Belgian Strong Golden Ale

Oud Beersel Oude Geuze is one of nature?s miracles. Oude Geuze is a blend of lambic from different years. One-year-old lambic is still readily fermentable. Two-year-old and three-year-old lambic main contribution is to the taste. Blending the lambic produces a sparkling beer that is made in accordance with time-honored traditions. Oud Beersel Oude Geuze notable hop and fruit character is much appreciated by beer fans.

The taste of the Oude Geuze of Oud Beersel combines from way back a pleasant bitterness with a sour yet smooth character. The first mouthful refreshes the tongue and opens the way to the wondrous world of the spontaneous fermentation with its complex subtleties.

6.5% ABV.

Gouden Carolus Kerst Christmas Ale is characterized as a strong, characterful dark brown beer with 10.0% alc.vol. This beer is brewed in August and then rests for several months to achieve an optimal taste balance. The addition of 6 exceptional herbs and the use of 3 types of hops make this Christmas beer in a class of its own, a world-class beer.

10% ABV

Deep blonde in colour, Barb?r?s creamy head gives off a powerful aroma, unobtrusively scented with honey and accompanied by a bouquet of floral, spicy and citrus notes.

8.0% ABV.

The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.

5.5% ABV

Hardly any other premium beer has remained as true to itself as Jever. For 170 years now, Jever has been cultivating its own Frisian-bitter taste.
The special mix of the best brewing water and high-quality hops makes our Jever so Frisian-tart and refreshing at the same time!

Gouden Carolus Ambrio is a full-tasting, but deceptively drinkable, amber ale has a good fruitiness and a nice hop edge which tempers the caramellised malt. It is clean and precise, within an almost perfect balance of Challenger and Goldings hops. The recipe has its origin in the 14th century. The present version is a little more heavy and contains more hops. The balance between the different malts, the fine hops and typical tastes of spices creates a perfect harmony between the powerful taste of brown beers and the freshness of the blond beers. This fresh aromatic and pithy light-brown drink can be served cool.

Gouden Carolus Cuv?e van de Keizer Imperial Dark was enriched by an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. The result is a unique beer: powerful and full-bodied, with subtle touches of vanilla, oak and chocolate. An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.
