Join Daniel as we grab Single Casks, Collectibles and Curios off the top shelf at Regional Wines and put them to the test. 

Here's the lineup...

  • Deanston ''Old Particular'' 1994/25yo 51.6% - (refill hogshead)
  • James Eadie Fife Blend 15 Years Old 56.3% - (25yo Cameronbridge grain finished in Marsala casks and blended with 15yo whisky from an unnamed Fife farm distillery)
  • Tomintoul Five Decades Single Malt 50% (a blend of casks from 1965, 1975, 1985, 1995 and 2005)
  • Pittyvaich 28YO Limited Release 2018 Single Malt 52.1% - (we opened the 25-year-old at a RW tasting and it was gorgeous)
  • Bruichladdich Octomore 13.2 58.3% - (finally some peat! 137.3 PPM - Fernando dè Castilla Oloroso Sherry)
  • Caperdonich 21 Year Old Peated 46% - (more peat! Glen Grant Number 2 as it was known - now sadly gone)
  • Craigellachie 'Signatory' 2012 / 11 years old 68.2% - (perhaps some sulfur if we're lucky)

This tasting will be a seated tasting in the Regional Wines tasting room.

Additional delivery fees for Waiheke, Chatham, and Stewart Island

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.  

Exceptions during December:

In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Sunday 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Tuesday 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.

Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
