One of New Zealand’s finest sparkling wines, from the iconic Cloudy Bay winery, this is a Chardonnay predominant wine with a minimum of two years aging on lees and a blend of selected vintages to maintain its style of finesse. Though from the Wairau Valley in Marlborough, this is more akin to a refined Cote de Blancs Champagne with its apple, citrus and fresh bread aromas and complex toasty, creamy palate and long nutty finish. A beautifully elegant and harmonious aperitif methode wine.

Pelorus NV remains on lees for two years prior to disgorging. Pelorus NV is a chardonnay-predominant blend of selected vintages. It is a fresh, aperitif style sparkling wine with apple-crisp flavours, underpinned by nutty yeast complexity derived from two years bottle maturation on lees.
